"Called to cancel my policy. Agent was very polite. Requested an e-mail to confirm cancellation on 12/23/24. Promised to get back to me with a quote on another property. Want to know what my refund will be on the cancelled policy. Have to put yet another call in. Prefer to do everything by e-mail for that very reason. you have a record of what you requested and when."

"A joke to work with. Get any other State Farm agent if you want things done. He got me in the beginning when he wanted my money, but I regret everything and I don't trust him as someone to work with. Ever since the day I signed, I've never been able to get in touch with him.
